EHRA 2021 – Online Congress, the leading European EP conference, brought together scientists and healthcare professionals involved in arrhythmia management from across the globe.

BIOTRONIK would be happy to connect with you on different topics and channels:

  • You missed our symposia on DX technology and the future of EP practice? Watch the recordings and feel free to share your questions.
  • Explore our virtual space with additional topics and register for the guided tour or the webinar: https://virtualspace.biotronik.com

Missed our exciting session on the future of EP Practice? Restream our joint EHRA session and find out how innovative technologies can help you treat arrhythmias more effectively and efficiently.

During our “Less is more: Do we still need an atrial lead for atrial sensing?” DX symposium, which was part of the EHRA scientific program, Prof. Em. Pedro Brugada, Dr. Mauro Biffi and Prof. Reza Wakili presented and discussed clinical data and outcomes for DX technology from the SENSE trial, the THINGS and QP ExCELs registries, and the “Less is more” exploratory study. If you could not attend the DX symposium, or you would like to watch this session again, you can find the full recording below. If you have additional questions about DX technology, visit our dedicated product page.

Learning objective:

Atrial rhythm information in a device patient can be of clinical significance for multiple purposes. Using a defibrillation lead with integrated atrial sensing offers atrial diagnostics while keeping the simplicity of a single-chamber ICD. Learn about the latest clinical results for DX technology, along with insights on how to select patients who can benefit most from this unique ICD hybrid system.
