What school qualifications are required for training?
The requirements depend on the respective training profession. Generally, a secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma is required. You can find more detailed information in the respective job advertisement.
When does the training start and how long does it last?
Our training programs usually start on September 1st and last between three and three and a half years, depending on the profession.
How does the training work?
The training combines theoretical lessons at the vocational school with practical phases in our company. During your training, you will go through various departments and learn all relevant activities of your profession.
How high is the training remuneration?
Our trainees receive fair and industry-standard remuneration. The exact amount can be found in your training contract or the job advertisement.
What are the chances of being taken on after training?
Our goal is to integrate our trainees into our company long-term after successful completion. With good performance and corresponding needs, there are very good chances of being taken on.
Can I apply for multiple training professions at the same time?
Yes, you can apply for multiple training professions. However, we recommend that you inform yourself well about the different professions in advance and make a targeted selection.
Can I apply a second time if it didn't work out the first time?
Yes, a second application is possible. If you were not selected the first time, you can apply again next year. Practical experience or further education in the meantime can improve your chances.
