Once we receive your application, our recruiting team carefully reviews all documents. If your profile matches the position we are looking for, we will invite you to an initial interview and discuss the further steps of the application process with you.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply with us. Our application process generally follows these steps:

  1. Online Application: Submit your application through our application portal. There, you can upload your documents such as your resume, certificates, and, if applicable, a cover letter.
  2. Review of Your Documents: Our recruiting team carefully reviews your application. This may take a few days.
  3. Initial Meeting: Depending on the position, we will invite you to an initial digital interview or a personal meeting to learn more about you.
  4. Further Interview Rounds or Assessment Center: In the next round, you will meet your potential team and have the opportunity to convince us of your skills through specific questions and tasks.
  5. Decision & Offer: If everything fits, you will receive feedback promptly and – ideally – a job offer.

  • Clear Structure: Use a logical order (e.g., reverse chronological, with the most recent first).
  • Clarity and Precision: Keep your resume to a maximum of two pages and avoid long text blocks.
  • Highlight Relevant Information: Focus on experiences and qualifications that are important for the position.
  • Explain Gaps Sensibly: If there are interruptions in your resume (e.g., stays abroad, further education), provide a brief explanation.

  • Practice Self-Presentation: Be ready to talk about your career, strengths, and motivation.
  • Prepare Typical Questions: Think about answers to classic questions like "Why do you want to work with us?" or "What do you expect from the role?"
  • Ask Your Own Questions: Show interest by asking specific questions about your role, the team, or development opportunities.
  • Choose Appropriate Clothing: Orient yourself to the company culture and choose a professional but suitable outfit.
  • Pay Attention to Body Language: A friendly smile, eye contact, and an open posture leave a positive impression.
