• Please consult your physician to determine whether you are medically fit to travel and to discuss situations in which you may need to contact a hospital while abroad.
• Remember to bring your medication and the identification card for your ICD/pacemaker with you on your trip.
• If you use a CardioMessenger for BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring®, ask your physician whether you should take it with you. 

Hospital search is not an emergency system  
In case of emergency, please call the local emergency number. In many countries, this is either “112” (used in Europe and parts of Asia) or “911” (used mostly in the Americas). Please check before you travel.
