An apprenticeship or cooperative education at BIOTRONIK gives you the opportunity to get an idea of work at a global technology company before you complete your school education. If we discover that your heart beats for medical technology too, you can select from ten different skilled trades and four cooperative degree programs after your high school graduation.

Apprenticeship

Next year, you will finish high school or take your Abitur (high-school leaving certificate). You are looking for an attractive apprenticeship with good prospects for the future. You are motivated and ready to show commitment.

Cooperative Education

You will take your Abitur (high-school leaving certificate) next year. You want to study in your future field of work and, in parallel with your studies, get a first glimpse into the practical side of work while gaining professional experience. You are motivated and ready to show commitment.

The Cooperative Education program at BIOTRONIK offers interested high-school graduates an attractive and demanding combination of academic study and work in the following disciplines:

Your curriculum

The three-year course of studies for a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science is divided into six semesters with 12 weeks of theory and 12 weeks of practical application each. During the practical blocks, you will be trained in various areas of our company and get to know the structures of the company, its work processes, and task areas. You can also acquire skills and knowledge in your future field of work early on. You will independently work on project tasks and be involved in the daily operations of individual departments.Throughout your studies, you will be personally accompanied by your trainer and the Human Resources department. We will create your individual action plan based on your professional requirements. Regular meetings of the trainees, Vocational Academy students, and trainers provide an additional opportunity for entry-level workers to exchange their experiences.
