Documentation & Training Specialist (Singapore) (m/f)

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Scan, verify and upload documents and records (eg: DHR) into the documentation system
  • Review and archive Quality records, and maintain the archival list
  • Review the Device History Record for its completeness and adherence to GDP rules
  • Support the QMS Engineer in managing the change request, subsequent steps till closure and appropriate approval process in the Change Management system
  • Track progress and status of change requests and perform data entry, records management and general administration duties
  • Support the QMS Engineer and Process Owners in organizing GMP and production related training activities, and sustain the training administration by a learning system
  • Assist the review and collaboration with other team members to update training materials as required
  • Assist the Quality department if needed in execution of both internal audits and external audits
  • Your Profile
  • Diploma/ITE/NITEC holder
  • Prior administrative work experience, preferably in a GMP-regulated industry
  • Knowledge of CGMP regulations and concepts preferred, particularly good documentation practices
  • Experience in document control, change control, or other quality system preferred
  • Experience in SAP ,Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Learning Management Systems will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail required
  • Good time management and organization skills

Finance Executive (Singapore) m/f

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling full set of accounts including all transactions under AR/AP/GL and asset accounting for relevant registered entities
  • Execute data entry, coding for all expenses, employee expenses reimbursement, receipts, journal entries etc using the SAP system
  • Prepare monthly payment run for third parties, inter-companies and employees within deadline stipulated by Corporate
  • Support in the production costing reporting and variance analysis; assist in the evaluation of the cost control and performance measures
  • Generate monthly dashboards on real cash production, actual planned budget for all departments for budget monitoring purposes
  • Assist in monthly variance reports on actual expenditure versus planned expenditure and perform cost analysis when necessary
  • Provide support on quarterly FC & Budget and cost allocation
  • Assist in successful completion of audit requirements (GST and statutory) with external auditors
  • Your Profile
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification i.e. ACCA
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles and procedures
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and/or production controlling experience
  • Experience in writing skills to translate complex financial data into simplified dashboards and MIS reports would be advantageous
  • Preferably technology savvy in excel, power point presentation and good knowledge of accounting and reporting software, especially SAP FICO module
  • Meticulous, diligent and an excellent team player
