Once we receive your application, our recruiting team carefully reviews all documents. If your profile matches the position we are looking for, we will invite you to an initial interview and discuss the further steps of the application process with you.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply with us. Our application process generally follows these steps:
- Online Application: Submit your application through our application portal. There, you can upload your documents such as your resume, certificates, and, if applicable, a cover letter.
- Review of Your Documents: Our recruiting team carefully reviews your application. This may take a few days.
- Initial Meeting: Depending on the position, we will invite you to an initial digital interview or a personal meeting to learn more about you.
- Further Interview Rounds or Assessment Center: In the next round, you will meet your potential team and have the opportunity to convince us of your skills through specific questions and tasks.
- Decision & Offer: If everything fits, you will receive feedback promptly and – ideally – a job offer.
