Recruitment Fraud Fraud Alert: Fake BIOTRONIK Job Offers

If you think a BIOTRONIK job offer may be fraudulent, please contact us immediately under
recruiting-verification@biotronik.com

We are aware of fraudsters impersonating BIOTRONIK recruiters — using our name, our logo and even the names of real employees — to target job seekers with fake job offers and interview invitations.

BIOTRONIK will never:

  • interview you via chat (Teams chat, WhatsApp, Telegram). Every genuine interview is a live conversation — by video or in person.
  • contact you from any email address other than @biotronik.com.
  • ask for money, bank details or copies of identity documents before a signed employment contract.

Typical warning signs: unsolicited job offers, chat-only "interviews", consumer meeting links (e.g. teams.live.com), pressure to respond quickly, and early requests for personal or payment data.

If you receive a suspicious message: do not reply, do not share personal information and do not transfer money. Forward the message to recruiting-verification@biotronik.com — we verify every report. If you have already shared data or money, consider informing your bank and your local authorities (in the US: reportfraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov).
